By accessing or using BuildSignal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. BuildSignal is a lead-intelligence workspace for home builders and their teams. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite, the permissions they grant, and the information entered or managed in their workspace.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions related to content you add to BuildSignal, including opportunity records, builder-owned intake, staged signals, contact information, notes, and source context. You are also responsible for ensuring that any outreach or follow-up you conduct complies with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and other laws.

BuildSignal helps teams organize and review information; it does not guarantee that an opportunity is accurate, current, exclusive, lawful to contact, or likely to result in a sale. Any sample or demo records are illustrative only and must not be treated as verified customer leads. Builder-owned intake and staged-signal review remain subject to your team's independent review and judgment.

Do not misuse BuildSignal, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data or accounts without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to violate another person's rights. You may not present BuildSignal as performing live social scraping or external-feed ingestion when those sources are not active in your workspace.

BuildSignal and its software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with these terms. You retain rights in the content you provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

We work to keep BuildSignal available and useful, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, BuildSignal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to every use case.

To the extent permitted by law, BuildSignal and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using BuildSignal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law. We may update these terms as the product evolves; an updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
